All applications must be received by Friday, September 17, 2021. However, companies are encouraged to return applications as soon as possible, as space is limited. After the deadline, space will be assigned in the order in which applications are received (with full payment).
50% deposit is required with all applications. The balance must be paid by Friday, October 1 2021. Checks should be made payable to International Aortic Summit and mailed with the application to:

IMPORTANT NOTE: The IAS regrets it cannot allow companies to display if exhibit fees are outstanding at the time of the meeting.
Cancellations must be received by October 1st and are subject to a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds issued for cancellation requests received after October 1, 2021.
